Jennifer Maag-Pelz Founder and Managing Director. Mrs. Maag has over 14 years experience advising clients in mergers & acquisitions as well as related financial issues. Prior to founding CCI in 1999, Jennifer Maag worked for KPMG Corporate Finance and Deloitte & Touche in Zurich, Switzerland and Munich, Germany. She graduated from the University of California, Berkeley, with a degree in economics.

Sébastien Knus Associate. Mr. Knus graduated with a degree in Business Administration from the University of Zurich. Prior to joining Capital Concepts International AG in 2004, he worked for the Indian industrial company Mahindra & Mahindra in Bombay and in the treasury and trading department of Swissquote Bank in Gland, Switzerland.

Ralph W. Büchel Associate. Mr. Büchel holds a B.Sc. in Business Administration and a Master’s Degree in Banking and Finance from the University of St. Gallen (HSG). Prior to joining Capital Concepts International AG, he worked for UBS Investment Banking and Sungard Bancware. Additionally, Mr. Büchel is currently pursuing further post-gradual education in the field of financial analysis (CFA).

Michaela Müller Assistant. Before joining Capital Concepts International AG, Michaela Müller worked for a number of German companies as an assistant to the management.

Felix Maag Member of the Board. Mr. Maag is the CEO of Maag Brothers Machine Works Ltd., a Swiss producer of textile machinery for the worldwide textile market. In addition, Maag Brothers is a leading distributor of steam trap components in Switzerland and Austria. After completing his studies as an engineer, Felix Maag worked for the Swiss retailer Migros as a logistics specialist and for the textile consulting firm Gherzi. He has over 20 years experience in the textile industry and sits on the board of directors of three family companies as well as Drie Mollen (Schweiz) Holding AG.

Bruce Mathers Member of the Board. Bruce Mathers was a partner with KPMG (previously Peat Marwick) from 1981 until 2004. During that time, he acted as Lead Partner for several major Swiss multinational clients, including Nestlé, ABB and Syngenta. From 1994 until 2002 he was a member of the Executive Board of KPMG Switzerland, with responsibility for consulting, services to financial institutions and corporate finance and marketing. He also served as International Marketing Chairman of KPMG.
