We act as project manager for capital market transactions such as share capital increases, convertible bonds or IPOs and take charge of the strategy, planning and organisation of the transaction.
Due to our independence we are not tied to a certain bank and, depending on the situation, we can define together with the client which bank to work with for the execution of the transaction.
Our discretion is particularly appreciated for stock exchange transactions.
